How do I save a Stack to reuse?

Saved Stacks are Stacks that you want to keep and re-use for multiple customers. They are templates that can be cloned for you to send to different prospects/customers and then modified to meet each individual customer's needs.

A few examples of why you would want to use Saved Stacks is: new products you wish to send to your customers, items that are apart of a quarterly campaign, or items that you send frequently.

1. To create a Saved Stack, create a Working Stack with all the items needed

2. Click the "More Menu" (1) and select "Move to Saved Stacks..." (2)

Saving Working Stack, removes the Stack from the Working Category and moves it to the Saved Category.

3. Modify the name of the Stack, if needed, by clicking the pencil next to the name

Type in the new name of the Stack and click "Done".

4. Send a Saved Stack without making modifications to the Stack

4.1. Click the envelope button

4.2. Click "Add Contact"

The other contacts that have been sent the Stack are shown here as well.

4.3. Input your contact's information

4.4. If you have a downloaded email service, like Outlook, continue with the following steps. If you do not have a downloaded email service, continue to step 1.5

4.4.1. Input your email subject and message within the "Additional Fields" section

4.4.2. Check the box "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

4.4.3. An email will pull-up within your downloaded email service - proceed to send the email

4.5. If you do not have a downloaded email service

4.5.1. Uncheck "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

All the contact's that were sent the link are shown here.

4.6. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Sent Category

5. Send a Saved Stack and make modifications to the content

5.1. Tap the "More Menu" (1) and select "Copy to Working" (2)

5.2. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Working Category

5.3. Modify the name of the Stack, if desired, by clicking on the pencil

5.4. Delete items within the Stack by clicking on the trash icon for individual SKUs or Resources (1) or delete entire Pages by clicking "Remove" (2)

5.5. Add new Pages by clicking "Add Items" and locating your desired Pages

5.6. If you wish to add items via the Category structure, click on the More Menu (1) and select "Make Active" (2)

Click "Categories and Items" (3) to view your Category list and proceed to add items to the Stack

5.7. Once all modifications have been made - click the envelope to send the Stack

5.8. Click "Add Contact"

5.9. Input your contacts information

5.10. If you have a downloaded email service, like Outlook, continue with the following steps. If you do not have a downloaded email service, continue to step 2.12

5.10.1. Input your email subject and message within the "Additional Fields" section

5.10.2. Check the box "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

5.10.3. An email will pull-up within your downloaded email service - proceed to send the email

5.11. If you do not have a downloaded email service

5.11.1. Uncheck "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

5.11.3. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Sent Category
