How do Shared Stacks work?

Shared Stacks are Stacks created on the web version by approved users and then designated for sharing with specific individuals or groups of FatStax users within that Catalog.

Example: an administrator can create a Stack with 5 items for a recent promotion, name it July Promotion, and then send it to the entire sales team. As a member of the sales team, you see it within your Shared W/Me Category within the Stacks Overview Page. Since this is a Stack that you didn’t create, you would need to make a copy of it to edit.

1. Send a Shared Stack without making modifications to the Stack

1.1. Click the envelope button

1.2. Click "Add Contact"

1.3. Input your contacts information

1.4. If you have a downloaded email service, like Outlook, continue with the following steps. If you do not have a downloaded email service, continue to step 1.5

1.4.1. Input your email subject and message within the "Additional Fields" section

1.4.2. Check the box "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

1.4.3. An email will pull-up within your downloaded email service - proceed to send the email

1.5. If you do not have a downloaded email service

1.5.1. Uncheck "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

1.6. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Sent Category

2. Send a Shared Stack and make modifications to the content before sending

2.1. Click the "More Menu" and select "Copy to Working"

2.2. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Working Category

2.3. Modify the name of the Stack, if desired, by clicking on the pencil

2.4. Delete items within the Stack by clicking on the trash icon for individual SKUs or Resources (1) or delete entire Pages by clicking "Remove" (2)

2.5. Add new Pages by clicking "Add Items" and locating your desired Pages

2.6. If you wish to add items via the Category structure, click on the More Menu (1) and select "Make Active" (2)

Click "Categories and Items" (3) to view your Category list and proceed to add items to the Stack

2.7. Once all modifications have been made - click the envelope to send the Stack

2.8. Click "Add Contact"

2.9. Input your contacts information

2.10. If you have a downloaded email service, like Outlook, continue with the following steps. If you do not have a downloaded email service, continue to step 2.11

2.10.1. Input your email subject and message within the "Additional Fields" section

2.10.2. Check the box "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

2.10.3. An email will pull-up within your downloaded email service - proceed to send the email

2.10.4. A copy of the Stack has been added to the Sent Category

2.11. If you do not have a downloaded email service

2.11.1. Uncheck "Launch email on Save" (1) and click "Save" (2)

2.11.3. The Stack is moved from Working Category to the Sent Category.
