How do I download a Resource?

With FatStax for iPhone, Resources are not automatically downloaded to your device to save space. You have the option to download the files that you need to access offline. There are four ways to download Resources.

Any Resources that have been downloaded to your phone will be updated anytime you sync a newer version of the Catalog.

1. Downloading a Resource associated with a Page

Resources can be associated to a product Page or a Resource Page.

Downloading a Resource associated with a Page
Navigate to a Page that has a Resource associated, Tap the Resources icon on the bottom left

1.2. Tap the Cloud-available icon (Cloud image with a down arrow)

If the Cloud icon has a checkmark, then the Resource has already been downloaded to your phone.

Tap the Cloud-available icon (Cloud image with a down arrow).

2. Downloading a Resource that has not yet downloaded

If you tap on a Resource that has not been downloaded, you will receive a "File Not Yet Downloaded" notification. Tap on the button below the thumbnail image to download the Resource.

2.1. Tap on a Resource that has not been downloaded (1)

You can tell if a Resource has not been downloaded based on the cloud icon. If the Cloud-available icon (cloud with a down arrow) (2) is shown on a Resource Card, than that Resource has not been downloaded to your device.

2.2. Tap "Tap here to download it now"

This will begin the download process for the Resource file.

Device contains all of the files that have been downloaded to your phone and are available for offline viewing.

Navigate to the Resource Cards you want to select.  Tap on the cloud with a down arrow to download individual Resources
