Adding New Users to FatStax
This article describes how to add new users to a specific catalog for FatStax.

4. Set Permission Access Level
When you add a user, you can also increase their level of permission all the way up to adminstrator. By default, new users have the basic permission level of View-Only, enough to download the catalog on the iPad and view the data if they log into CloudStax. However, they can not edit or add data or resources. To change their permission level, just click on the radial button or drop down list next to the level you want to provide access.

5. Optional - Set Password
If you want to set their initial password, click the Set Password Button and enter the password you want them to use to first login. Confirm it in the second field. Click the green Send Invitation button.
Note: this method will not require any validation from the user to activate their account and download their catalog on the iPad. It automatically recognizes that you have validated their account when you add a password. It will not send them an email either. You will need to inform them about their login credentials by another method (email, phone).

7. When finished, click "Send Invitation"
If you have set a password, this action will only validate the user. It will not send them any other communication.
If you have not set a password, they will get an invitation requesting them to validate and activate their account by going to CloudStax and choosing a password. Once they confirm the password, they will be able to access their catalog in the FatStax iPad app. If they do not, their account will not be activated.
