How do I download, access, or remove multiple Catalogs in FatStax Settings?

This article describes how to work with, download, and remove multiple Catalogs in the FatStax iPad app. You must first be assigned multiple Catalogs by your administrator.

1. Tap on Settings

Open Settings within FatStax

2. Tap "My Catalogs"

Tap on Catalog List

3. View Downloaded and Available Catalog sections

Downloaded Catalogs are those that have been synced to your iPad and are available to activate and use immediately.

Available Catalogs are ones that have not yet been downloaded but you have access to download them.

While syncing:

Leave your device on and the FatStax app running while syncing. Plug in your device to charge to ensure that it will not go to sleep.

A strong WiFi connection is needed for a quick sync.

Once a green check mark appears within the Offline Status indicator, the app can be taken offline.

Then tap Sync Now to start the download of your catalog.

6. Removing a Catalog

You can remove or delete a Catalog that you no longer need or want in your app. This will free up space on your iPad and remove the Catalog from your list of Downloaded Catalogs.

Once removed, you will still see the Catalog in your list of Available Catalogs. If your administrator removes access to that Catalog from your account, you will no longer see it in your Available Catalog list.

6.1. Select the Catalog you want to remove by tapping on the name within the Downloaded Catalogs section

Then Tap, Remove Catalog from iPad

6.3. Tap Yes, to confirm removing the Catalog

Once it is removed, tap the Catalog that you want to actively use in the Catalog list to continue using FatStax.

Tap Yes, to confirm removing the catalog.
