What are Stack Notes and how are they used?
Stack Notes are a way for users to add comments to a specific Stack so they can refer to them later. These can be notes from a meeting, about the customer, or details about the items sent, you have the ability to do that through Stack Notes. Stack notes are not sent to customers or a part of the email when emails are sent.
1. To access the Stack Notes, tap on the Stack Icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Tap on the Stack you want to add notes
3. Add text in the Stack Notes box.
The notes that you will be adding will not be seen by the recipient when you send the e-mail to him or her. The Stack Notes option is there to assist you.
4. Tap "Done" when you finish adding all of your notes.
When you tap "Done", you will return to the homepage. You can always go back to the Stack and revise the notes or delete them.
