My Contacts are not showing up when I'm preparing an email.

Apple requires an approval from the user for any App to access your Contacts on the iPad or iPhone. You need to explicitly give approval for FatStax to access your contacts by tapping "Ok" when asked in FatStax. This happens the first time you try to add a contact to an email.

You can also set that approval through the Settings on the iPad or iPhone. You may need to do this if you skipped or did not tap OK when the app asked to access your contacts.

1. Tap on the Setting icon.

2. Tap on Privacy in the left-hand sidebar, and then Contacts.

3. If the switch isn't green, that means the App doesn't have access to your contacts

Move the switch to the right (make sure it's green).

If the switch isn't green, that means the App doesn't have access to your contacts

3.1. If the switch is green next to FatStax, then the App has access to your contacts.

4. Return to FatStax and test by adding a name to the Contact page when addressing an email
